We have taken the Sunsynk Hybrid Inverter to the highest level. Our new Sunsynk MAX is the most powerful low-voltage inverter in the world, achieving a maximum output power of 16kW and battery charge current of 275A.
This power management tool allows the user to hit those ‘parity’ targets by managing power-flow from multiple sources such as solar, mains power (grid) and generators, and then effectively storing and releasing power as and when utilities require.

Recently one of our inverters failed. This was repaired under guarantee. I was delighted with this but would have liked to know what failed and why. It also took a little longer than anticipated but I was kept up to date all the time. Very good communication.
The there was a problem with the firmware when it was returned to us. Here is where Jamie really provided proper help in capital letters. He is the best, knows her subject cold, speaks clearly and had patience with me. She makes sure you get it right over the phone and is happy with you if things start to work.

Jason at technical support is one of the best people I have encountered at JP Sonkrag. JP S has its own few short falls which I hope they address. But Jason has closed the faults gap very well. he has been available to all my tech issues even in Sundays I would call and he would still make time to best assist with my query. I told you senior Louis that JP has a true Gem in you. Keep shine and I hope the same support you give me is enjoyed by everyone you help.

On a number of occasions we just need reassurance on settings especially with dealing with so many different inverters. Each time, Jason is there to help. Opinionated in my side, but he’s most likely the smartest one there… A guy named Africa is pretty clued up too.

verlede week het ons ‘n probleem gehad met ‘n battery wat in 2019 gekoop is. Ek het met James en sy span in die terugsendingsafdeling gehandel. Van toe ek met die foutiewe battery aangekom het tot vandag, ongeveer 4 dae later, is ek per telefoonoproep en e-pos ingelig oor die vordering van die terugkeer.
